How to get money out from DeFi Wallet to my bank account?

Hi there, can anyone help? I've been trying to get help from Crypto.com support. No luck. They only reply emails like once a week. I cannot get my money out of the DeFi Wallet. I tried to transfer to ETH, it keeps saying "insufficient network fee." What the heck does that mean? I can't transfer it to BTC either. Basically I can't get my money out. It's being held in the account, and no support to help me. It's getting very frustrating.

"insufficient network fee" is defi for "not enough gas". Transfer in some ETH, send it all out. It will be expensive as ETH network is for lack of a better word, Trash. Probably gunna cop some hate

Nope no hate. ETH "gas fees" are ridiculously high!

I cannot swap it to ETH because it says "insufficient network fee", which I don't understand why. I literally have $1900 USD worth of CRO in the account. I cannot swap it to anything. Like what do I need to do to get my money out? I can't even move it back to Crypto.com app.

I just want to get my money out now. I want to have control of my money.

I am getting this same error message, but have over $1,000 in there.

You need to have spare money to pay for the fees. Make sure your coins are not staked. If they are you need to unstake them before you can transfer your funds.

Only thing I learned is to not deposit money in defi at all

There isn't a crypto.com customer support number. I have searched high and low with no luck. It's bullshit. If I would have know there was almost zero customer support, I never would have placed my money with them. Hey lesson learned though, I should've done more research lol. Your best bet for answers to your questions is the community honestly. All of these folks are way helpful.

Thanks for responding!!! I finally got my money out of DeFi jail last night. I was able to get through their busy chat line and I gave them a clear description of the issue! Luckily I got a response and they fixed the problem from their end. I stayed up late, and did the transaction between midnight and 1:00 a.m when the fees were lower due to less network congestion. I am going to take time to learn more about the wallet, before using it again. Thanks for your post!
