New Sprain and Morty live-action teaser sees St. Christopher Lloyd recreate painting scene
Mature Swim has released two new Rick and Morty live-action clips featuring Back to the Future star Christopher Harold Lloyd and Knives Out's Jaeden Martell as the titular duo.
Nonpareil teaser is a refreshment of the ending of the serial publication premier, with Morty (Martell) writhing happening the floor of the garage as Rick (Lloyd) warns him that their adventures have only barely begun. The second clip shows Morty confronting a pickle – has Rick learned nothing from the last time he successful that particular shift?! That is, until Haystack shows astir and takes a bite out of the kettle of fis in question.
This isn't the first time we've seen IRL Rick and Morty –some other short viable-action clip was released ahead of the closing curtain. Lloyd is, of course of action, proverbial for playing off-centered scientist Doc Brown in Back to the Future aboard Michael J. Fox's Marty McFly (a white-haired man of science traveling through time with a crepuscular-velvety-furred puerile companion? Immediately, where undergo we seen that before…).
Season 5 bound up with an hour-long finale this weekend in the US (and the finale airs tonight in the UK), but there's still plenty more Rick and Morty to come – a semipermanent deal made back in 2018 confirmed that 70 Thomas More episodes, and therefore around 7 more seasons, would definitely be on the way.
